SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, LEONOR A. DELOS SANTOS, Filipino citizens of legal
age, and resident of Blk. 174, Lot 5, Phase I, Mabuhay City, Paliparan III,
Dasmarinas, Cavite have named, constituted and appointed and by these
presents do name, constitute and appoint EUGENIA D. CALO-OY, Filipino, of
legal age, and resident of Blk. 174, Lot 41, Phase I, Mabuhay City I, Paliparan
III, Dasmarinas, Cavite, to be our true and lawful attorneys-in-fact for us and in
our name, place and stead and for our own use and benefit, to do and perform
the following act:
1. To administer and act as caretaker of my property located at Lot
5, Blk. 174, Phase I, Mabuhay City I, Paliparan III, Dasmarinas,
Cavite;
2. To pay the monthly amortization of the above-mention ed
property with Extra Ordinary Corporation;
3. To pay, follow-up and/or transact with the following agencies to
wit:
a. Manila Electric Company (MERALCO), regarding electric
services;
b. Dasmarinas Water District in connection with the water
system;
c. Municipality of Dasmarinas for the Tax Declaration and
Amilyar;
4. To sign, execute and deliver any and all documents which maybe
required or necessary in connection therewith;
5. To do such other acts and things which maybe required or
necessary in the accomplishments of the afore-said powers and
duties;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact
full power to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever required and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could do if personally present and hereby ratifying and
confirming all transactions of all kinds that my said Attorney-in-fact shall do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signature
this 10th day of September 2004 at Dasmarinas, Cavite.
