Pit location will be remain as per previous observation made by EME

of Shanta Holdings Ltd. Architect will incorporate that in drawing.

Fan room location proposed by architect is okay. Only one parking

may be lost at basement-1 due to avoid the duct.

Exhaust air and fresh air ventilation duct details in basement 1 will be
incorporated by architect.
Toilet at basement may be increased. Toilet vertical ventilation will
be incorporated.
Fireman lift/Service lift provision: Decision required from Principal
Architect.

Partition in cold water reservoir: which may be at 60:40 ratio.

Septic tank vent pipe position required.

Fuel tank will be around 6000 litre and located any convenient
location at outside of ground floor.

Pump room outside at basement 4 is preferred to be open.

Provision for shaft at stair room.
