by a defect in the interatrial
septum allowing pulmonary venous
return from the left atrium to pass
directly to the right atrium.

Child tires easily when playing

Rapid breathing
Shortness of breath
Poor growth
Frequent respiratory infections

the lower left sternal border because
of increased flow across the tricuspid
valve.
