Permission is hereby granted to Atty. Heirridge Kevin N. de Leon, Attorney IV,
this office to teach at Universities and Colleges within Tuguegarao City, Cagayan
after office hours and on weekends and holidays subject to existing Civil Service
Rules and regulations and the following conditions:
1.0

The exercise of your profession outside office hours shall not in anyway
interfere with
the performance of your official duties;

2.0

That you shall not use government property nor make use of your office
in the
furtherance of your activities outside office hours;

3.0

That you shall not solicit the practice of your profession with any person or
office over
which you directly or indirectly exercise jurisdiction, control, supervision or
influence
by reason of your office or position in the government;

4.0

That you must be physically fit, as duly certified by government physician,

in order
not to effect or impair the efficient performance of your duties; and,

5.0

That this authority may be withdrawn or revoked at any time by the

department Head
concerned, whenever exigency of the service so require or if it is shown
that any
condition herein prescribed has been violated.
