SYNOPSIS:
Now you have your song, it is important that you look at the song and the genre
and research the codes and conventions to ensure that your video fits it
correctly. You need to ensure that when you make your video that all of these
elements are included to achieve the top marks.
TASK:
Find 2-3 music videos from the same genre as your chosen song. Watch the
videos and note down the following things;

Editing timings
Camera angles
Locations
Fashion
Make-up
Band
Narrative

PRESENTATION IDEAS
Look at the example grid that looks at camera angles, editing and mise en
scene.
GRADING:
A/A* - the research and presentation will be excellent. Terminology will be used
extensively.
B/C the research and presentation will be good. Terminology will be used.
Audiences will be discussed
D The research and video will be proficient. It will be complete but the detail
may be limited.

E Work will be complete.
