SYNOPSIS of FAKE & fabricated cases leveled against me by my WIFE just based on WIFE

simple statement cops/courts have JAILED me even before TRAIL in RAPE case that too when
MARRIED to them.
Ive been implicated by COURTS/cops of India into fabricated/fake case using LEGAL TERRORISM and RELATION
TERROR where following details are enclosed for my case that proves beyond doubt that courts/cops are complicit in
fabricating/fake cases against me.
Most important fact is that just based on simple statement and with no PROOF cops/courts implicated me in
FAKE/FABRICATED cased leveled by my WIFE including RAPE in MARRIAGE, yes a MARRIAGE RAPE not yet fully
accepted and adapted by india but still I'm being VICTIM of RAPE in MARRIAGE case. WIFE just provided a private
medical allergy treatment after 15 DAYS to accuse HUSBAND of RAPE after MARRIAGE.

BAIL DETAILS: while courts REFUSE to accept any defense by HUSBAND regarding

JUDGE simply ignores any defense presented to provide natural justice to HUSBAND being VICTIM of
FAKE/FABRICATED case. No plea was acceptable to COURT JUDGE defending innocent Husband.

The cases were put-up in Mohali, PUNJAB police station SSP office on 27-28/OCT/2014 and
investigated by ASP Akhilesh Chaudhary, wherein I was requested to participate in investigation
therefore I personally attended investigation in 1st week of NOV 2014 completing all formalities and
have presented following facts to counter fake/fabricated cases leveled by relation-ship partner women
folks.

While two women used FAKE/FABRICATED cases I was more shocked to see police entertaining
these fictitious cases without considering Basic Human Right for MAN to exist using LEGAL
TERRORISM laws of India against MEN in particular when police is RACIST.
Just based on STATEMENTS of WOMEN/WIFE without producing PROOF COPS/courts
REGISTERS RAPE case or IPC 370 against HUSBAND.
WIFE levels FAKE RAPE case after MARRIAGE with HUSBAND is registered by cops/courts.

while agreeing to be live-in partner however, its surprising how police acts on anything women says to

KAMALPREET KAUR as a proof attached a fake private hospital record dated 1.8.2014 15 days after quitting
relationship on 14.7.2014. Her statement states that she developed anal allergy due to anal sex performed by her
partner some 15 days before.
Wow and police/courts gladly accepted above and implicated me into this FAKE/FABRICATED case, completely
ignoring FACTS of natural JUSTICE that just above does not prove that her anal allergy if ture is due to her liverelationship that she had 15 days before.

Married in Jaipur 2001 Jan, I was working in US IT tech earning around 60,0000 USD per year, after
getting married took my wife to US, where we had two kids US citizen, had minor altercation in
Canada 2008, went thru courts Toronto,Canada and all charges were cleared against me leveled by my
wife.
Wife deserted matrimonial home on 21Jul2012 and never returned back despite my several attempts to
reconcile differences including direct conversation of Dr. G K Nanada president Women & Child
welfare on 21 Dec 2012 where my wife refused to join back.
Wife filed fabricated&fake cases on April 2014 of 498,498a etc where mutual agreement was reached
1st on 10th JUN 2014 in PoliceStation-matour where wife expressed exclusively that she wants
divorce, thereafter complete detailed agreement of Mutual Divorce was signed in PS-matour on
28.7.2014 after handing over my kids 2 US citizens original passports to my wife.
Despite myself holding to agreement 28.7.2014 my wife violated by not reaching for Mutual Divorce
as agreed however again leveled fake&fabricated 498a and other fake allegations with SSP office
mohali on 28.10.2014.
Finally, 28/2/2015 FIR 32 got registered by PS-matour ignoring our earlier agreement at PS-matour and
violated my basic fundamental rights wherein on 18/3/2015 police illegally took me to custody for 2
days based on allegation of 406&498a and further committed excesses on my with assault by SHO on
18/3/2015.
Further, while in custody 18/3/2015 till 20/3/2015 I've handed over required documents as demanded
per 406 of FIR 32 pertaining to my KIDS original Birth Certificate etc.etc.
Further, I've proofs that Taranjeet Kaur during her stay was enjoying her life with me and kids were
also very happy.

CASE II RELATIONSHIP TERROR by corrupt COURTS/JUDGES of india
'LIVE-IN relationship' as approved by supreme court is considered a MARRIAGE-like arrangement
approved by Supreme Court of india.

Since, COURTS of india is known to be taking average of 5-7 YEARS for DIVORCE on average

Kamalpreet and I stayed in Mohali 1493, Ph3B2 together with her Son till 14/7/2014 wherein
Kamalpreet decided to quit Live-in relationship and left for Jalandhar taking her son along-with who
happen to have join his School back on 16/7/2014 re-opening of school after summer break. So
Kamalpreet kaur stayed with me while her SON had summer vacation till 14/7/2014.

Apparently both Taranjeet Kaur and KamalpreetKaur-especially-her step-mother have formed team to

they have no-proof to prove their case worthiness.

Last but not the least, I feel that POLICE did un-warrented arrest on CASE I due to facts of 14years of
marriage with 3years of separation is NO-CASE for arrest since 498a gets diluted after 7years of
marriage per LAW!
I wish to register case of 'CONTEMPT of COURT' orders based on previous case of arnish kumar vs
Bihar wherein police have been cautioned NOT to make arbitrary arrests of cases like 498a after
7years. Since, not only 498a is proven to be ANTI-married-MEN however due to WIDE-spread misuse
Supreme Court termed 498a as 'LEGAL TERRORISM'!
