    Kindly excuse my son Christopher Jay DC. Lazaro, student of 10-Prose, he


    was absent from June 22- 26, Monday-Friday.
    My son has been absent for a week due to tonsillitis associated with high
    fevers. He is now well enough to attend his classes.
    I hope you would kindly allow him to take remedial tests or exams he
    missed during his absence from school.
