Greetings!
As part of our colleges Extension and Community Involvement, the Department of Accountancy is having
its first Bookkeeping Course this year 2015. It is a four-day program (commenced last May 16) wherein
the participants will gain skills and knowledge in bookkeeping. The classes are administered by the
respectable professors of the Department of Accountancy.
In line with this, your student, Ms. Hannah Ortega, has signed up for the said course and we would like to
ask you to excuse her from class on June 27, 2015. She has already attended the first three lectures and
is determined to finish the course. The said lecture will be held at the 5 th Floor of PUP Mabini Campus
from 8:00 am 5:00 pm.
