Dear Dean Sarmiento:

Greetings!
In partial fulfillment of the course ACCO 2073 Good Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility, we, the
students from BSA 3-2, would like to seek consent from your humble office to use the audio visual room on May 16,
2015 for the orientation of the participants in our bookkeeping course program.
The said program aims to give bookkeeping lessons to 15 participants in order for them to gain new knowledge and
skills so that they could level up their current employment status. It will be a four-day activity that will be held on
May 16 and 23, June 13 and 27. Since the classes will last for the entire day, we would also like to use 2 rooms
preferably located at the 5th Floor.
In anticipation to your positive response regarding this matter, we BSA 3-2 would like to express our utmost
