Quizlet can be used for multiple instructional purposes in the lesson about cells. It can be used as an introduction to
the unit, a present to the whole class, teacher-led activities, or as a pre-assessment. The teacher will use key terms

from the unit that will ensure the understanding of the lesson concepts. It can then be used at the end of the unit as a
review of terms and a post-assessment. Student can use it as self-pacing or review at home. There are games and
interactive activities that help to engage students who struggle with vocabulary presented in the traditional way. This is
tremendously helpful for students with modifications and EELs. It is a great study tool that is very accessible to
students at all times, available on mobile devices, and its free.
