Instructions for MM1 Group Project submission

Please follow the instructions in the given order 1. Based upon secondary data, you are supposed to describe and analyse the
existing STP strategy that has been adopted by your chosen company/brand.

Identify issues that marketing needs to take up and resolve
Choose a growth path (Intensive; Integrative; Diversification), giving
justification for your choice. This could be largely based upon possibilities in
identifying new segments; new positioning; new target markets that may help
your co./brand to grow further.
