This is in relation to the Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. T-130372 and T130379 apropos to the provident fund loan of Mr. Marcelino S. Varga Jr., BSP Security
Guard.

We regret to inform you that we have encountered a system delay at the

Registry of Deeds Malaybalay City due to the double posting of the same titles.

We expect to provide you with necessary documentation within 30-90 days

after the conversion of demand (COD) of one of the titles. Thus, we would like to
request a three-month extension to procure the annotated title from the Registry of
Deeds Malaybalay City.
