Job Responsibilities
Staffing:
Managing complete 'Recruitment Life Cycle for PMC India including Workforce Planning
and Talent Acquisition.
Conducting HR Interview to access the candidate's suitability at per PMC values.
Preparing offers on the basis of interview feedback, salary benchmark and internal
parity and presenting the offer to the candidate after completion of approval process.
Staffing analysis on highlights and low lights and preparing recommendations for
improvement.
Coaching interviewers to represent PMC the best way to enhance PMC branding.
Started and continuing campus hiring for PMC, India.
Worked on PMC Canada, Israel and Malaysia requisitions to close critical positions.
On-boarding:
Designed on-boarding and Induction programs for new joiners.
Helping new joiners with joining formalities & orientation with company.
Responsible for smooth onboarding of new joiners.
Designed and implemented new hire employee feedback form to get feedback on new
employees onboarding experience and to work on scope of improvements.
HR Operations
Introducing/Proposing new HR process and policies to the worldwide PMC HR forum
and Implementing in local site.
Providing HR letters to employees and auditing/updating employee database.
Maintaining Staffing, compensation & benefit, attrition and headcount distribution data
And also preparing HR reports and presenting to higher authorities.
Compliances
Work with labour law vendor to meet statutory compliances like sending monthly,
quarterly and annual reports to the labour department.
Prepared and sent quarterly reports like ER1, X6 to employment exchange.
Member of Prevention of Sexual Harassment committee and responsible for preparing
and submitting documents to the labour department on need basis.
Facilitate PF nominations, PF withdrawal, PF transfer process for employees and exemployees.
Exit process:
Flawless exit process is critical for organizations to keep company good will and enhances
organization branding.
Responsible for smooth exit of employees.
Conduct exit formalities for employees like collecting and verifying exit forms.
Provide relieving letter to exit employees on their last working day.
Help exit employees with their queries on exit.
Encourage them to open up to share the feedback on PMC during exit interview.
Employee Relations:
Establish strong connect with employees.
Addressing personnel issues and troubleshooting of employees grievances.
Socialize with employees to understand their engagement level with company and
provide solutions to any challenges they are facing.
