1.

FOR MORNING
Well, I get up at, 7:00 oclock. I take a shower with cold
water
I have breakfast at 7:40 am. I like oat with milk and 5
cooked eggs.
I turn on the computer. I check my e-mail and watch the
news of the day
At 10:30 am I eat 2 apples or drink a glass of orange juice
Well, before I have lunch. I do housework and cook.
2. IN THE AFTERNOON
At 1pm I have lunch with liter of white water
After I listen to music and check my pending duties
At 14 pm I start developing my tasks
At 5 pm I return to eat and continue with my work
3. AT NIGHT
At 7pm I go to the gym and return at 9pm I am hungry No
Pain, No Gain!
Well, after I take a cold shower to relax
At 10pm Im very hungry, my last meal of the day
I finish day at 11:30 pm I go to sleep
4. ON WEEKENDS
Well, I fall out of bed at, 7:00 oclock. I take bathe cold
water and brush my teeth
I have breakfast at 7:40 am. I like oat with milk and five
cooked eggs.
I sometimes go to the gym at, 10 am and return at 12
oclock, Im very hungry

Then I go to college at 2pm and return home at 10pm


I want to stress that this is my routine on vacation
