According to the site meeting which was held on24 th June 2015 at Katunayake Grid

Substation with sub contactor Ms/Ralic Engineering (pvt) ltd that the sub contractor
has agreed to finish the balance construction activities on or before 15 th July 2015,
but you have failed to do it.
It is regretful to inform you that the Liquidated Damages will be enforced on Ms /
Ralic engineering (pvt) for Katunayake Grid Substation Capacitor Bank expansion
from 20th July 2015 if you fail to finish all the balance construction activities.
