EXESCISE
- Make more difficult. Attackers have only two touches
Position game 5v2/6v2 (10 min)
Setup and sequence Mark out a square field 15x15m. Five attackers stand between the cones and two more defenders are in the middle and play 5v2 in the square.
The pairs stands the line up beside the goal.
Attacker start asking the ball and defender react him.
Goalkeeper plays a short pass to the attacker, who plays
1v1 to finish on the goal. The defender tries to win the ball and counterattack on the goal. After 6/7 minuters attackers and defenders swich roles
EXESCISE
and change the goalkeepers.
Match 1v1 with 2 goalkeepers (15 min)
Setup and sequence Teams play 1v1 on a 32x30 yard field and two goals with goalkeepers. Divide players into two teams.
