    the necessary inquiries why there is not a appropriate ramp so that individuals whether
    it may be a mother and child using a stroller, elderly individuals using a cane and/or
    walker for mobility and stability as well as for the physical challenged that may be use
    a manual wheelchair and/or electric power wheelchair or electric power scooter.
