This is REMARKABLE given


the growth and change we
have experienced over the

about 31% of work units
(OP/IP) at UCH achieved this
level.

STRENGTHS
Our unit had 10 strengths. This is also unique, as
few units have this many! 10 is the MAXIMUM
amount of strengths a unit can achieve.

After we make changes to improve patient safety, we evaluate


their effectiveness.

My job makes good use of my skills and abilities.

We are actively doing things to improve patient safety.

CONCERNS
TWO areas of concern were identified. There can be up
to TEN, so this is also good news. Our units concerns
were:

I would stay with UCHealth if offered a similar job elsewhere for


slightly higher pay.
My pay is fair compared to other healthcare employers in this
area.
