We are seeking representative documents that demonstrate your office's efforts to help state agencies implement the public agency requirement (Section 7) of the National Voter Registration Act We believe this includes: (1) Training materials prepared by your office for agency management and personnel, i.e. manuals and PowerPoint presentations; (2) Training materials intended for local election officials; (3) Letters from your office to agency heads alerting them to their responsibilities or providing guidance; (4) Agendas, rosters and other material documenting training sessions and the agency representatives in attendance; (5) Records from 2006 and 2006 indicating the number of registrations submitted by public agencies to elections officials, broken down, if possible by agency, office and county, and, (8) Other records that you believe are responsive to this request. ‘We would be happy to receive any or all documents in electronic format.
