iPads must be kept in the school system issued
ClamCase at all times.
All 4-12 students must have and use the Liberty
County issued Apple id.
Carry iPad with the cover closed.
Place your iPad on a flat stable surface when in
use.
Notify your teachers or administrator
immediately if your iPad is missing or damaged.
(When an iPad is deemed missing or stolen, LCSS
will use mobile theft management to locate,
disable, and lock the iPad.) If the student does

S ECTION 2
S ECTION 3
INDIVIDUAL READINESS
The iPad has limited storage and educational
use has top priority. If non-educational, personal
content is on the iPad and storage space is
needed, students must delete that
non-educational content to make room for
required content. Each school has a list of
recommended apps on their website as well as
the Liberty County School Systems website.
These apps will allow the students to extend their
learning beyond the school day.
Personalize learning by organizing and storing
documents, notes, and other files on iPad.
LCSS will push down all required schoolpurchased apps. Students will be responsible for
installing apps as directed by their teachers.
Students must bring iPads to school fully
charged each day.
S ECTION 4
DEMONSTRATED LEARNING
Use iPad appropriately for instructional
learning.
Be open to learning new things.
Commit to learning the correct and appropriate
use of applications.
Stay focused on the assigned application on the
iPad.
S ECTION 5
EFFECTIVE BEHAVIORS
Students are allowed to set up wireless networks
on their iPads in order to have wi-fi access outside of school. Schools will provide information
on wi-fi hot spots accessible within the community.
I understand and agree to the stipulations set forth in this iPad P.R.I.D.E. Handbook.
