Sequence of Transaction
1. Order from Booking Office (ALDP Plaza Mall, Naga City)
2. By the use of Telephone call, the orders will be sent in the
manufacturing area in New Binanuaanan, Pili, Camarines Sur.
3. The orders will be given and assigned to the staffs
(Tailors, Cutter, Designer and Printers) in manufacturing area.
4. If the product is done then it will be inspected by Quality controller.
5. The finished product will be delivered in booking office and the customer will
claim there their orders.
Reporting
When the staffs go or leave to and from the office or to the manufacturing area,
they log in and log out on the record book.
When a member of the staff is a beginner, he/she is oriented by the manager.
Every Sunday, there is a general meeting of all the staff and talks about their
benefits.

Facility and equipment

The facility is made of a Nipa roof for the convenience of the workers but the wall
of the facility is concrete. It has also metal grills, metal door and glass slidingwindows. It has one fire exit.
