KarachiPakistan Society for Training and Development (PSTD) is an independent, non-profit and non-government
institution, managed by an honorary board of governors comprising of senior executives and human
resource professionals from leading organizations in Pakistan, PSTD's purpose is to raise the standard of
professionalism and its mission is to build and broaden professional leadership, capacity and capability in
Pakistan. The society focuses on sharing best management practices by providing a forum to inculcate the
culture of learning through corporate and management training programs, seminars and conferences. The
Society was founded on May 21, 1966 and over the past 47 years has organized numerous trainings and
speaker sessions, actively encouraging national and multinational organizations to share and enhance
their professional expertise from the Society's platform. PSTD has over 500 members comprising of
