WARNING OF INHERENT RISKS

WAIVER/RELEASE
With any type of physical activity there are inherent
risks one must consider before participating. It is our goal to
keep the environment as safe as possible for swimmers and
staff. But it is also the childrens job to behave appropriately
and act in a safe manner while participating and abiding by
the rules. Swimmers will participate in various activities that
range from basketball, volleyball, aerobic dance, jogging,
and swimming. Swimmers must follow all safety guidelines
when participating in activities.
Liability Issues include:
Cardiac problems, overuse injuries, fractures,
contusions, sprains, dislocations, lacerations, and
muscle fatigue.
