June 27, 2015, a daylong follow-up workshop on Writing Textbook was held by BIIT in its conference hall with teachers involved in textbook writing project of BIIT. Prof Dr Abdur Rahman Anwari, Vice President (Research) of BIIT presided over the workshop. M Abdul Aziz, Executive Director of Bangladesh Institute of Islamic Thought (BIIT) moderated and guided for the whole daylong.
M Abdul Aziz began the workshop by sharing the process of developing the course outline and writing textbook. He inspired the new ones who are planning to write a textbook - just write them down what you delivered during your lecture in the class following a format.

All the teachers present in the workshop represented their write-ups, already completed and shared personal experience one after another. There were about 40 participants in the workshop mostly from major public & private universities of Bangladesh namely Rajshahi University (RU), Chittagong University (CU), Islamic University Kushtia (IUK), National University (NU), International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC), Northern University Bangladesh (NUB), Bangladesh Islami University (BIU), Manarat International University (MIU) and so on. At the end, Prof Dr Abdur Rahman Anwari, Vice President (Research) of BIIT concluded that the land & environment of Bangladesh is very fertile for researcher. So every researcher should have to search qualitative information in the field and try to set relevant Islamic put in each and every topic. As a chair, he thanked all the participants for their valuable contribution in the workshop.
