    Good day,

    The Legal Department of the Asian Hills Group of Companies will be


    conducting an audit and investigation inspection in relation to the company policies,
    rules and regulations, transaction documents, etc. to all branches of D Asian Hills
    bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) in accordance to the prescribed regulation set by the
    Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). In line with this, the Legal Department needs to
    have a copy of the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) 1 & 2, consisting of
    more or less 1,300 pages. Thus, we would like to request the amount of ONE
    THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P1, 500.00) for the payment of printing
    and ring binding of the said document.
