involvement. Nurse's can pray and read religious scripture to them if they want it. Nurse's must be sensitive to the fact that RACE, CULTURE, ETNICITY can influence the health care decision making. Respect the patients decisons regarding treatments. Nurse's may suggest that patient to consider religious activities.

Assessed patient for their ability to cope with the information provided. Nurse's should assist patient and families trying to deal with healthcare issues. Nurse's should be aware that some patient may be comfortable to discuss their health situation with a nurse. assist patients in talking to their family about their treatment and care wishes. respect patients decision. Assure patient that you will stay by her side.
Nursing Intervention: Coping
Make sure that a patient has activities throughout the day. encourage him to be involve in creative design, writing and others. provide oppurtunities for family and friends to come by and visit. Design an exercise program that would be easy and enjoyable to follow. Understand the nutritional needs of the older patients make sure that older person has oppurtunity to look good and have nice clothing.

identify the cause of anger.
observe for events that may trigger their ANGER. avoid mentioning those as much as possible avoid taking it personally.
determine reasons why they have stop bathing.
move gently don't insist on a shower or taking bath. do your best to keep patients clean and neat.
watch for signs and events that may
trigger obsession. avoid such activities or event as much as possible. ask the family to avoid giving in to the patients request listen and reassure patient that you are there to help them
