AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT to TRAVEL

I, VINCENT EDWARD ANG, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident
of 426 Villa Abrille St., Davao City, after having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and say:
1.

That I am the same person who caused the execution of this

document to be made; am also the husband of DAHLIE LOU
CHUA ANG;

2.

That my wife DAHLIE LOU CHUA ANG is scheduled to leave the

Philippines for Portugal for a short vacation scheduled on
September 20, 2015 to October 3, 2015 ;

3.

That however, our visa for Europe shall be issued in Schengen;

4.

That I hereby lawfully declare that I am giving my full support to

my wife DAHLIE LOU CHUA ANG to travel abroad as above
scheduled;

5.

That for this purpose, I stating under oath that I have sufficient
and adequate financial capacity to support and defray the said
travel expenses and do hereby undertake to finance her trip
abroad from the application fees, airline tickets, board and lodging,
pocket money and such other expenses that they may incur so
that she would neither be a burden to the state nor at their place
of destination at any time during their trip abroad;

That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
