Please excuse my ________________on his absence last April _____. We needed to
make a trip to ______________________ because of unexpected urgencies in our family
business. I booked our flight without his knowledge and it was only earlier that day
that he was informed regarding our travel. I was unaware of his scheduled test for
that day. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by his non-attendance.
In this regard we would like to humbly ask for your consideration to allow him to
take the exam that he missed. He is really aiming to make good in your subject as it
is one of his favorites. We are praying for a positive response.
