As decided in the meeting held on 11-06-2015 at 12.00 noon under the Chairmanship of
Development Commissioner-cum-Secretary(IT), the next meeting is scheduled to be held on
25-06-2015 at 11.00 a.m. in the Conference Hall of the Planning & Research Department, Puducherry,
under the Chairmanship of the Undersigned to review the progress of the "The Puducherry Guarantee of
Services Act, 2015".

Further, the information was called for in the prescribed proforma which will form a part of

proposed Act. Some of the Departments have not furnished still despite direction given by Development
Commissioner-cum-Secretary(IT) during the meeting. Also it is noticed that some of the Departments have
not furnished the details in the prescribed format as called for. It is therefore requested to furnish the
information as per the proforma vide circular 1 5t cited in the reference also send a softcopy of the same in
Ms-Excel format to the Email id : deo3it.pon@nic.in for consolidation.
