He called me by name and asked for my license. 1 asked him if there was a problem. He informed me that he had been sitting in his car drinking a milk shake. He said that this was a drug spot. I told him that 1 would never be involved in any drug activity and that I was actually a Retired Federal Officer. He first called me a Tiar and then asked what branch I was retired from. I told him that I was a Retired Supervisory Immigration officer. He proceeded to verbally insult me by telling me I was nothing, that Immigration was nothing. He asked for my credentials. I informed him that'my badge was retired in LUCITE. He found this info amusing and mocked me. I questioned him about his identity. He then bizarrely went to his car and turned on the police siren and lights, jumping up and down, yelling to me, " 00 you believe me now, is this proof enough...". Officer Lawless appeared in a marked cruiser. officer Lepert then recalled my story to Officer Lawless about my credentials in lucite which they found amusing and not creditable. Lesert was acting like a madman, unprofessional and unbecoming behavior from an officer. Very bizarre behavior. LeBert was totally harassing and threatening me this whole time, for what reason, I have no idea. I questioned officer Lawless about what was going on. I said that this was a travesty and could not believe that Officer Lawless would allow officer Lesert to talk and treat me in this manner for no good reason. Officer LeBert informed me that he was going to give me a ticket. I asked him for what. He told me 1 was not parked correctly in the Burger King packing lot in front of the rubbish receptacle. He gave me a $25.00 ticket. , No. 6023062 - Violation 50 - Not in marked space. This whole episode was so surreal and bizarre to me. I have never been treated by anyone in such a rude and disrespectful manner. 1 immediately called 911 and told the dispatcher T was being harassed by the Police and asked if they could send a cruiser. 1 was told that this was not an emergency and to call the business line, at this time, officer Lesert came to my car window and asked me if Twas calling 911 - the police. I told him, yes T was. When Officer Legert was handing me the ticket, he asked me if 1 had a dead body in ", back seat. As he was walking back to his car, he kept asking me if I was married because he was going to. drop a bomb on me????? ‘I was so upset and traumatized by this whole "Twilight Zone” episode, I drove to the medford Police Station to try to get some answers. As I. appeared before the desk officer, Officer LeBert appeared behind me, once again mocking my credential in lucite Story to the two officers at the front desk. She continued to say that she cid not believe that he was a real officer so he went to his car ‘and put the siren on and asked her if this was proof enough. She called 911 and asked to get a cruiser car ‘over there and they told her there was already one on the way. They both told her that this BK was a place that waa a big drug traifiking area. Ho then insisted an asking to see her credentials but she is retired. He then {gave her a parking ticket for not being in a marked space, She had to go to the cop shop and they told her that if she comes back and shows them her credentials that they would disregard the ticket. He is there evey Aight and this guest is now really scared to go back there. Her big question is I this BK parking lot is a drug ‘ing, she is sure that Corporate would like to know about it. With that crazy cop there he is searing all the customers away.
