Angel Locsin's long-held dream to have a movie with Aga Muhlach finally comes true

By: Noel Orsal & Nerisa Almo

mong makatrabaho?' Siyempre, unang-una
diyan si Kuya Aga talaga," says Angel Locsin
about working with Aga Muhlach in her next
movie project.

Angel Locsin is thrilled over her upcoming

movie with Aga Muhlach.

In an interview with PEP (Philippine

Entertainment Portal) and other members of
the press at the YES! 10th anniversary party, the
actress was hesitant at first to talk about her
movie with Aga. She just gave us a little hint
about her role.

akin."

The YES! party was held last Tuesday, February 23, at the NBC Tent,  Bonifacio Global City in
Taguig. Angel arrived with friend Bubbles Paraiso a little past 11 p.m.

Angel, 24, has been very vocal about her dream to work with Aga. So, when she found out that
her movie with the matinee idol is pushing through, she became excited and nervous at the same
time.

"Grabe 'yong tensyon ko, 'tapos si Kuya Aga pa," she said.
klaseng character."

Angel, who is now being managed by Aga's talent manager Ethel Ramos, is also happy that she
was given the chance to work with the 40-year-old actor.

mong makatrabaho?' Siyempre, unang-una diyan si Kuya Aga talaga. Pag-transfer ko pa lang [sa
ABS-CBN], sinabi ko na talaga na gusto kong makatrabaho si Kuya Aga," she said.

The Kapamilya star has yet to talk with Aga since getting Manay Ethel as her new manager after
leaving Becky Aguila's talent management.

Tapos,
medyo comfortable. Wala pa kaming isang buwan, pero smooth-smooth naman," she related.

KOKEY@AKO. During the interview, Angel also explained her side about reports that she was
reluctant in accepting her supposed next project with ABS-CBN, the fantaserye Kokey@Ako.
Angel said she was just misinterpreted.

So, parang siguro na-
So, baka
na-misinterpret lang."

The actress added that she would be more than willing to do the show. "Gusto kong gawin.
Gusto kong makatrabaho si Direk Wenn [Deramas] at gusto kong makasama si Vhong
[Navarro], siyempre.

When asked if Kokey@Ako would come first before her movie with Aga, Angel replied, "Ako,
munang kumilos. Medyo matagal na rin akong hindi nagte-taping. So, kung anuman ang
magiging desisyon ng ABS-CBN, susundin ko. Siyempre, sila naman ang boss ko."

Angel's last regular TV project was the primetime series Only You.
