REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

Division:
Tiny: 5 years and younger
Mini: 8 years and younger
Youth: 11 years and younger
Junior: 14 years and younger
Senior: 10-18 years
Grouping:
Small: 1-8 members
Medium: 9-15 members
Large: 16+ members
Registration and due dates:
-Early registration is $10 per participant if signed up by September 30,
2015.
-After September 30, registration is $15 per participant.
-Registration CLOSES November 30, 2015.
-Email confirmation will be sent out following registration and payment.
Payment Policies:
-Payment must be received at time of registration. (Must be credit
card, check, or cash-NO personal checks allowed).
-Late registration (after November 30, 2015) will be subject to late
fees. Must be postmarked by November 30, 2015.
-Credit card information on registration form will be used for a ONEtime use only.
-Once the schedule is posted, a change fee is applied for changing a
division and/or category. Change fees must be paid via credit card and
must be made immediately upon change request. Changes will not be
reflected on the schedule until payment is processed.
Cancellations:
-NO REFUND will be given to cancellations received THREE WEEKS
(February 13) prior of the competition.
-Cancellations received in writing FOUR WEEKS (February 6) prior to
the competition will receive a refund. Refunds will be processed after
the event.
Competition Packet:
Packets will be sent out December 1, 2015. Included in packets are
competition rules, judging, music info, etc. Schedules will be sent out
in February 2016.
