Looking Back on Last Week

We finished the first week of school! We were tired when the week was
over but we had a great time and learned a lot!

Jesus Time - We talked about how God created the world by using His words.
He saved His best for last when He created people in HIs image. We talked
about how much God loves us no matter what!

Math - We explored counting bears. We also air wrote a 1 and 2. We

discovered that the 2 wasnt that hard to write!

Language Arts - We talked about our names after reading Chrysanthemum.

We decorated our names and admired how they looked! We are working on
reading everyones names!

We also read The Kissing Hand; talked about the rules and procedures; and
just keep very busy learning about being a kindergartener!

Looking Forward to this Week

Learning more about Gods creation.
Graphing the number of people in our families and how many boys and girls

in our class.

Making the numbers 3, 4, 5, 6!

Working with words and sentences to find sounds and letters.

Reading books about rules.

Creating our self portraits.

And much, much more!
