This calendar includes 185 student days and 195 ten-month employee days, including five days for inclement weather. Days for inclement weather not used will be backed out of the
calendar in June. The calendar is subject to change when schools are closed for students in excess of five (5) days due to inclement weather/emergency.
Assessment dates designate a window of time for test administration. Students usually complete assessments during 1-2 days of the testing window.
Eleven-month employees work 210 days and should schedule with their supervisors the additional work time beyond the 190-day, ten-month employee calendar above.
Please note for planning purposes: The 2016 High School Assessments - Summer Administration will be August 1-5, 2016
