-5 minutes for review slide
-10 minutes for picnic, calendar, and order slide
-5 min for wrap up (Creating own example)
Introduction- Introduce what we will be talking about today, and do
review what they already know
Demonstration- Help them think of the transition/ sequencing
words they already learned
Participation- Have students come up and write the words that
they come up with on the board
Practice- Fill in calendar and put events in order
What are the different transition/sequence words we can use?
What are key points in the sentence?

Have students create own list that displays sequencing

Review transitions and why they are important, and how you can
tell if it is a transition word or not.
-Did I feel my lesson/activities were effective in engaging the
