    The volunteers at Aberglasney Gardens are inviting members of the Pembrokeshire Tourism Association to an open evening on March 25th from 5-8:30pm to showcase the attractions at Aberglasney Gardens including art and craft exhibitions, concerts, opera, and renovations at the mansion in order to demonstrate that it can keep visitors in the area and with the members. Members are asked to RSVP by March 18th if they would like to attend and can contact the volunteer coordinator to arrange another visit if the 25th does not work for their schedule.

    Dear Pembrokeshire Tourism Association Members,

    The volunteers have pleasure in inviting you to an open evening at Aberglasney Gardens on
    Thursday 25th March 2010. The gardens will be opened especially for you between 5pm and
    8:30pm. A light buffet and wine will be served at around 7pm.

    Aberglasney is a venue noted for its year round beauty and atmosphere. We hope to
    demonstrate that Aberglasney has even more than that to offer and that it is also an
    attraction that will keep visitors in the area and so staying with you.

    At the open evening, we will provide you with details of the many art and craft exhibitions
    throughout the summer season, live open-air theatre, concerts and opera. Leaflets and
    posters for the season will be available.

    This year our open-air concert will be given by Only Men Aloud. There are also exciting new
    and future Mansion restorations, an attractive shop with a variety of gifts and of course our
    award winning café with its delicious range of home cooked food.

    If you are interested in joining us on this evening or to find out more please contact us by
    any of the means below. We can then send you an admission pass and add you to the
    numbers for catering purposes. Please let us know by Thursday 18th March 2010.

    If you are unable to come on 25th March 2010 but would like still like to visit, again please
    contact us and we can arrange another time.
