Executive Summary
Seeking Executive Director role where I can work with a board to create a shared
vision of Scouting in our community. With that vision I will utilize my extensive
experience and skills to ensure that our Council meets or exceeds our goals. This
will be implemented using the best methods, learned in my 15 years of service with
the BSA, of achieving strategic indicators throughout the process. I look to leverage
my performance history, commitment to discipline, and out of the box problem
solving to create a strong, sustainable community of Scouting through developing
all aspects of a Scout Council.
