Once admitted to membership, all members are subject to the same schedule of fees
and charges (all of which are laid out on the Institutes Schedule of Fees and
Charges). All members are responsible for the annual membership fee. Members will
also be responsible for specialty of practice and licensing fees, among others, as
applicable.
