A courtcase where the

mother of Linda Brown fled a
suit against her school. They
wouldn't allow her daughter
to go because she was black.
It went to the Supreme Court,
and the court ruling said that
it was unconstitutional to
have separate facilities, and
that they weren't necessarily
equal, thus overturning the
Supreme Court verdict from
Plessy v. Ferguson.

Took place from December 5, 1955

and former secretary of local
NAACP, for refusing to surrender her
seat on a Montgomery bus to a
white male passenger on December

many people in America were very anti

began telling people that the
government was full of Red

did get carried away with his
accusations and was later censured by
the Senate.

Oswald. Oswald was in an upper foor of
the Texas Schoolbook Depository when
he shot Kennedy from long range.
Oswald was a former US Marine who had
embraced communism having spent
time in the Soviet Union. Oswald was in
turn murdered by Jack Ruby before he
could be brought to trial. For decades
conspiracy theorists have claimed any
number of diferent scenarios for the
assassination. Despite all these claims
there has never been credible evidence
of any type of conspiracy. Unfortunately,
since Oswald was himself murdered only
a few days later, no one will ever know
why he did it.
