PERSONAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

AGREEMENT
This Investment Management Agreement (Agreement) is
entered into this 1st day of August 2015, between Chito Morales
Bongalonta (Investor) and Ernani Tubiera Tadili (Manager), with
reference to the following facts:
WHEREAS, the Investor wishes to invest in the Philippine stock
market but lacks the time and resources to do it on his own;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
1. The Investor shall invest an initial amount of TWENTY FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (PhP25,000.00);
2. The Manager shall give recommendations to the Investor on
what stocks to be purchased and what stocks to sell;
3. The Investor authorizes the Manager to purchase stocks only
after the Investors approval;
4. The Manager shall report to the investor the performance of
the stocks purchased every end of the quarter;
5. The Investor shall pay the Manager an initial fee of ONE
THOUSAND PESOS (PhP1,000.00) to defer setup and
administrative expenses;
6. The Investor shall pay the Manager an annual management
fee of 1% of the total investment amount due every end of
the year;
7. The Investors shall pay the Manager 10% of the dividends
earned by the investment;
8. This agreement may be amended, modified, revised or
cancelled by mutual agreement of the contracting parties.
This agreement is executed on the date first set forth above.
