attached to this application form with Name, Address, Email and Phone number of the student on the
header of the Essay, Poem or Art Work)
Category I: Essay (typed double space 300 - 500 words)/Song/Poem; Category II: Artwork- must be
submitted on 12x18 inches construction paper 2, must be accompanied by a brief description about your
work(3-4 lines). Any media (pencil, crayon, oil, water color) can be used.

Winners will be announced before October 2, 2012. Awards will be presented at a ceremony at Princeton University. Winners will be
notified via email and must be present to claim awards.
Winners will be chosen based on content, grammar, relevance to subject and overall quality of entry. The Selection Committee reserves
the right not to award prizes if the quality of entries received is sub-par.
