US and UK staffing agencies; in 2013 it acquired Control Solutions International, an international consulting firm with over 300+ employees
providing risk management, consulting, internal audit, and information technology solutions.

After the acquisition of Control Solutions, was retained as a senior member of Staffing 360 Solutions executive leadership team to
