What could cause harm?
We will need to use cables to get electricity to our lighting;
band and crew members could trip over
The likelihood of this happening?
This is moderate as there will be a lot of cables on the floor
How much harm?
If someone did trip over; their injuries could vary from
minor scratches to broken limbs
Apply the following priorities, how will the risk be
managed?

Hazard: Lighting
What could cause harm?
If we do use studio lights on set they will get hot so
band members and crew could touch them and burn
themselves. Plus, they could fall over and break.
The likelihood of this happening?
There is a low chance of this happening
How much harm?
If the lights did fall it could give someone a bad burn
and possibly a major graze
