EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

AND WAIVER OF RIGHT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement made and entered into at City of Manila this _________ of

CARLITO M. GUINTO, married to CARMELITA DR GUINTO

FLORA G. MANIO, married to DANILO MANIO
ARMANDO M. GUINTO, married to TERESITA B. GUINTO
ROMEO M. GUINTO, married to LIGAYA Y. GUINTO
ERLINDA G. DIMATULAC, married to EPEHEMIO R. DIMATULAC
All of legal age, Filipino and resident of the City of Manila.

WITNESSETH:

That the parties hereto who are all of legal age are the sole and only legal
heirs of the decedent, they being the children of the decedent;

That there are no known debts or obligations due against the estate of
said decedent;

That we, CARLITO M. GUINTO, FLORA G. MANIO, ARMANDO M.

GUINTO, and ROMEO M. GUINTO hereby WAIVED all our rights, ownership,
shares, interests and participation over the whole parcel of land described in
the TRANSFER OF CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 002-2011001645 as LOT
10, BLOCK 2 OF THE SUBDIVISION PLAN PSD-003914-020114-D, BEING A
PORTION OF LOT 4 (LRC) PCS-30104, L.R.C. REC. NO. 294), SITUATED IN
DISTRICT OF STA. ANA, CITY OF MANILA in favor of ERLINDA GUINTO
DIMATULAC;

That this Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate and Waiver of Right is

subject to the provisions of Section II, Rule 74, of the Revised Rules of Court of
the Philippines, the parties hereto do by these presents agree to adjudicate the
parcel of land described above.
