About

Founded in 2013, entrepreneurs Kenneth Beam, Dr. Cagan Randall and Michael Budagher
collectively invested in an Off Vertical Axis Rotational Device (OVARD) chair from Kevin
Maher under ownership of Carrick Brain Center. Carrick Brain Centers has become a
multidisciplinary, functional neurology and immersive care facility that treats patients
suffering from brain injuries due to physical or emotional trauma or degenerative
conditions.
Beam, after seeing the OVARD chair firsthand, brought the innovative treatment process to
Texas from Atlanta, Georgia. Since the companys inception, Carrick Brain Centers has
effectively addressed the needs of patients through science and medicine to build new
diagnostic and treatment approaches that help improve the quality of life for qualified
patients.
As an organization, Carrick Brain Centers is growing and evolving the companys approach
to providing the best possible care and treatment for its patients.

To offer leading-edge brain health management and rehabilitation services by using

immersive care and new technologies to help improve the overall quality of life for our
patients under the treatment of a multidisciplinary team of board-certified, functional
neurologists.
