Who I Am:
I am an educator whose goal, love, passion, interest, everything is in teaching. I set up my goal
to become a teacher when I was in high school. All of my academic experiences have allowed me
to reach this goal.
I am inspired by the quote by William Arthur Ward:
The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates.
The great teacher inspires.
I am a good teacher when I can explain the mechanics of learning to my students. I am a
superior teacher when I demonstrate that learning has rewards and I am a great teacher when
I inspire my students to set goals and work hard to reach them.
Over the last 10 years of my teaching life, I realized that I love to teach by making the
curriculum interesting to children. I loved to learn from them and at the same time I enjoyed
when they learn from me. I gained skills and experiences in diverse fields of child education
serving in various public schools and private institutions in Canada. Working closely with children
from pre-school to grade 9 students along with different special needs children taught me the
value of a positive attitude. My life experience gives me an empathetic view of the special
challenges of learning in a multicultural environment.
My personal travels to many places in the country and the world allows me to bring those rich
experiences back to my classroom to build the background knowledge of my students.
Being a motivated Muslim teacher, I am always passionate to work closely with all levels of
children with enormous enthusiasm and dedication. I will love to guide your children to
establish Muslim values in their physical, mental, and social development.
