a. For every concept, use a different file (or file set). Start with Revision 0 in the filenames.
b. For every revision to a concept, fill out the details in the table with the increased revision number,
update the rest of the document for that revision, then SAVE AS a different file where the revision
number in the filename matches the latest concept revision number.
c. Thus, you may have filenames of this arrangement:
a. ME402 Fall2009 Concept 1 Revision 0.docx
b. ME402 Fall2009 Concept 1 Revision 1.docx
c. ME402 Fall2009 Concept 1 Revision 2.docx
d. ME402 Fall2009 Concept 2 Revision 0.docx

f. ME402 Fall2009 Concept 3 Revision 0.docx
d. It is a good idea to make the previous revisions Read Only using select file right click
properties, so that you dont accidentally overwrite and save on a previous revision, when you
actually wanted to bump up the revision number.
