1. How to create a Table.

Step 1: open your Microsoft Access.

Step 2: got to CREATE and Click on TABLE.

2. How create a Query

Step 1: Select the CREATE tab on Ribbon, and locate the QUERY.

Step 2: Click the QUERY DESIGN .

Step 3: Access will switch to Query Design view. In the Show Table dialog
box that appears, select the table you want to run a query on. We are
running a query about our customers, so we'll select
the Customers table.

Step 4: Click Add, then click Close.

Step 5: The selected table will appear as a small window in the Object
Relationship pane. In the table window, double-click the field
names you want to include in your query. They will be added to
the design grid in the bottom part of the screen.

Step 6: After you have set your criteria, run the query by clicking
the Run command on the Design tab and save the file.

3. How to create a Form.

Step 1: Select the table you want to use to create a form.

Step 2: Select the Create tab, locate the Forms group.

Step 3: Your form will be created and opened in Layout view save it and
its done.

4. How to create Reports.

Step 1: Open the table or query you want to use in your report.

Step 2: Select the Create tab on the Ribbon. Locate the Reports group.

Step 3: It's likely that some of your data will be located on the other side
of the page break. To fix this, resize your fields. Simply select a field,
then click and drag its edge until the field is the desired
size. Repeat with additional fields until all of your fields fit. Save and
done.

5. How to create a Relationship.

Step 1: Click on the Database Tools and then find and click on a
Relationship.

Step 2: Select each table name, then click Add for the tables you want to
relate. After that close the dialog table.

Step 3: Now you will see the field name. Then select the field name from
one table by

holding down the left mouse button.

Step 4: When the Edit Relationship dialong appears, select the Enforce
Referntial Intergrity

option. Then click Create.

Step 5: This will be appeared on screen and you will see the relationship
and the symbol.
