Comparative Trends :: Network Level DCR

Its evident that continuously rising trend of DCR is being caused by Huawei Swap.
Network DCR: ~0.36
Excluding Swap Degradation: ~0.30

Improved Worst Cells :: Since AFP

Improved Worst Cells :: Since AFP

26 AFP related Worst Cells have been improved mostly through

frequency retuning.
Area Level DCR for these cells has improved from 1.1 to 0.62.
Pre AFP Area Level DCR for these cells was 0.61.
~1000 drops have reduced through resolution of these worst cells.

SD Drop Comparison :: E/// & Huawei :: BCCH in

Hopping

SDCCH drop rate in Huawei network has almost doubled than the values in E///, which obviously has resulted
in CSSR degradation post swap as well.
One major reason being, BCCH is not included in hopping list post swap while it was included in E///.

UL/OL Subcell HOs Disabled :: Post Expansion

KPIs Improvement :: Concentric Parameter Optimization

Trial :: 50 Cells

20% Improvement in DCR along with reduction of more than 600 drops achieved at Cluster level.
DL/UL Quality shows significant improvement as well.

Improvement :: TCH Blocking Reduction :: Soft Parametric

Changes

Call Setup Blocking Count has significantly reduced by ~1200 with increase in TCH Traffic volume.
HO Blocking Count has reduced by ~11000.
