Update: Hemant,
review your answer, there is something.
Update 2: Hemant,
Here's what I got. Is it the same as yours?
y^2 = X^2 + cx
Update 3: here's what I got
y^2 = x^2 + cx
where have I gone wrong?

let V = y^2
--------->dV/dx = 2y(dy/dx)
dV /dx - (1/x)V = x
............- dx/x
I.F. = e^
---> = e^ -lnx
---> 1/x
V(1/x) = x(1/x)dx
V/x = x + c
V = x^2 + cx
y^2 = x^2 + cx
I hope this one satisfies your solution!!!

2x - 2yy' = C
Multiplying both sides by x,
2x - 2xyy' = Cx
2x - 2xyy' = x - y ... from (1)
x + y = 2xy.dy/dx
( x + y ) dx = 2xy dy
( x + y ) dx - 2xy dy = 0, which is the given D.E.
